‘Effective mentoring of early career teachers: a support guide for new teacher mentors’ is a free professional support resource for Australian schools and early learning centres.  It provides tips and advice on what it takes to mentor a new teacher effectively, as well as some professional learning activities, reflection questions and useful links to get new and aspiring teacher mentors started on their challenging but rewarding journey.
